Cress, Wild Winter
Sown and used like creasy greens or spinach. A highly nutritional healthy herb with dark-green, glossy leaves that grow in a basal rosette. For best quality harvest young leaves when the nights are cold and frosty. Excellent when added to salads or used as a cooked green.
