Medicinal: Traditional use as a wound-healing herb. Contains anti-tumor, diuretic compound ursolic acid. In China, called Xia Ku Cao, the cooling flower spikes are considered a liver, gall bladder stimulant. Cannot ship to Canada.
Growing instructions: Perennial in zones 4-9. Germination in 7 to 21 days. Transplant or direct sow in spring. Space 8" apart. Full sun. Grows 8" to 18" tall.
